I'd like to to elaborate a little on that surname topic. It doesn't apply to the actual surname, like Kim or Lee or Cha or Choi, it applies to the BRANCH of that surname. Each surname has different branches to it. In the past, if you were from the same branch of the surname, you could not marry, but like anon 3:50 said, it does not apply anymore (unless you are close relatives). The branch Kim Hyun Joong belongs to is an uncommon one, but I have no idea which one Kim Yoon Ji belongs to. Just to clarify :)

Just like actres Park Si Yeon who is married to her husband who is also carries the same surname Park. Same surname but they are not from the same branch or related so they can be married.
Just to comment on the cameraman focusing on MM's legs issue... At first, I was like "that pervy cameraman wants to die soon, huh?" Because I was also 'outraged' because he focused on MM's legs...
But from what I can gather (not knowing Japanese at all) from context clues, I think the female host was talking about 'image' or 'looks' because she said something about MM being 'sexy' then gesturing towards MM's head to her legs... Then MM said something about the show Bad Guy and she also said that Ha Ni too was 'cute' or maybe she's saying she has a cute image or something (compared to being 'sexy'). So, don't get too carried away girls. kekeke.
