I could understand abit of Korean so I tried filling up the form as required. But I dun think they take in overseas submission because the form requires one to submit their social security number or certification number of sort. Also, you need to select one of the shopping location (not sure for what purpose).
I want to support Minmin very much and it pains me to see that her score is behind the rest. :((
When you click the photo of Minmin, you will be redirected to her Cf, then you will see when you scroll down, a part where you can leave a message right? You have to click the big letter word LIKE there to increase the votes... ^^
