From trendy girl group idols to female actresses, five rising stars of 2015 were revealed to have taken part in a recording of "Running Man"!

Multiple broadcasting and entertainment reps told TV Report on February 17, "Girl group EXID"s member Hani and G-Friend"s member Yerin as well as actresses Nam Ji Hyun, Yoon So Hee, and Jung So Min finished filming "Running Man.""

According to the reps, the five of them met the "Running Man" cast members on February 16 in Seoul and completed various missions. There is especially a high amount of anticipation for this episode as many of these celebrities were known for rarely going on variety programs!

The girls seemed to have paired off as such: Yoo Jae Suk and Hani, Ji Suk Jin and Yerin, Kim Jong Kook and Nam Ji Hyun, Gary and Jung So Min, Lee Kwang Soo and Yoon So Hee, and Haha and Song Ji Hyo.

A rep from the set stated, "Maybe it"s because they were inexperienced in variety, but they showed an unusual side through a clumsy image, creating an amicable ambience on set. Look forward to the activity of these five standout people."

'Big Man' broke its own record in viewer ratings for its finale, finally beating 'Doctor Stranger' at #1 in its time slot this week! 

 According to AGB Nielsen Media Research, the June 17th episode of KBS 2TV's 'Big Man' came to an end with a 12.6% viewer rating, which is 1.8% increase from its previous viewer rating of 10.8%. 

 SBS' 'Doctor Stranger' dropped 0.8% from a 11.6% to 10.8% viewer rating, and MBC's 'Triangle' rose 2.0% from a 5.7% to 7.7% viewer rating.

Actor Kim Ji Suk and actress Jung So Min were chosen to play main characters in upcoming KBS2 TV Drama Special 2013 ‘You Came to Me and Became a Star’, to be directed by Kim Min-jeong and written by screenwriter Hwang In-hyuk.

‘You Came to Me and Became A Star’ tells the story of the men and women who live in a small room. It also depicts the love, joys and sorrows of young people these days who were drawn into work.

Kim Ji Suk will plays the character of a school instructor, Kang-Seok. Jung So Min will appear in the drama as a toy company employee named Ha Jin. Kang-Seok and HaJin clanked against the wall of reality and will unfold melodrama about struggling.

Kim Ji Suk will be reunited again with the viewers after a month. He acted in SBS weekend drama “Wonderful Mama” which already ceased last month. Jung So Min also returns in dramaland following her appearance in comprehensive channel JTBC drama “Can We Get Married?” which ended last January 1.

Official said, “Kim Ji Suk & Jung So Min will be acting together to create a reality melodrama for the audiences.”

Following, “The story will be a self-portrait of the story of young people living in this era”, he said.

Meanwhile,  ‘You Came to Me and Became a Star’ is scheduled to air in early November.

After pictures showing Lee Jong Suk and Jung So Min travelling to Japan on the same plane were revealed today, netizens and fans heatedly debated whether the two were in a relationship. In response to the wave of rumours, Lee Jong Suk’s management company replied,

Actor Lee Jong Seok recently denied all rumors that he is dating actress Jung So Min.

On February 4, an online media outlet reported that there were rumors about Lee and Jung having a romantic relationship and some people said that they even went on a trip to Tokyo together.

On the same day, a spokesperson for Lee said, “The rumors about a relationship between Lee and Jung so min are groundless.”

“Lee did fly to Japan today and we heard the rumors through the Internet so we even checked with the manager that went to Japan with Lee.”

“Lee and Jung so min met each other when they shot a commercial in 2011. But they haven’t met again since then, even in an informal setting.”

“I heard that Lee encountered Jung So Min at the airport by accident. But they didn’t go to Japan together,” the spokesperson added.

“Lee went to Japan to take some time off and to rest. He has friends there so he goes to Japan often. He will be back on February 6.”

Fans of the classic Taiwanese drama “It Started with a Kiss” that inspired a lot of followers when it aired in the Philippines back in 2006 will be thrilled to know that the Korean version of the drama “Playful Kiss” is set to premiere on local television by the end of May.

The plot of “Playful Kiss” is inspired by the original Japanese manga “Itazura na Kiss” which was also the basis of “It Started with a Kiss”.

“Playful Kiss” reveals the unlikely love story of Oh Ha Ni, a below average high school girl, who desperately pursues the love of her life—the unattainable A-student Baek Seung Jo who, much to her dismay, publicly embarasses her and consistently treats her with disdain.

Oh Ha Ni and Baek Seung Jo’s love story literally starts with a “playful kiss”. Viewers who enjoy escaping to a world of youthful innocence and the “kilig” of young love will like this light drama. Those who get awfully irritated by seemingly lovesick girls chasing after snotty boys must stay away lest they throw things at their own television sets after witnessing the many martyr scenes of Oh Ha Ni as she struggles to make Baek Seung Jo fall for her.

“Playful Kiss” stars Hallyu superstar Kim Hyun Joong of the “Boys Over Flowers” fame and the cute actress Jung So Min. Yahoo! OMG previously reported that “Playful Kiss”, also known as “Naugthy Kiss” or “Mischievous Kiss”, did not achieve high ratings during its Korea run last year. However, what the drama lacked in local viewership, it surpassed in internet success. “Playful Kiss” redeemed itself online by registering as the top viewed drama online during its run.
